Hey everyone! I hope you're having a great weekend! I love working out and exercising, and ab workouts are a great, short everyday exercise you can do from home! This week's video is all about a few of my favorite ab routines I do daily that I've found on YouTube. There's one 5 minute routine and three 10 minute routines.
