Happy August!! Even though every summer I say, "I can't believe it's already August!", it's so true once again! This summer at home has been restful and fruitful. I've learned lots about myself and my connection to my home, as well as simply why this past year has been so revelatory in my life. I go back to college in two and a half weeks and while I'm so excited to be back in Savannah, I'm also going to soak in the joy of these last two weeks.
July was fun! Summer training ramped up to new heights, I went on a fun sibling/cousin trip to New Jersey, went to my first big concert with Reu, did lots of lifeguarding, and most especially made lots of new sibling memories. This summer at home has been so much about reconnecting with my siblings Abe and Reu and our many outings and adventures together have definitely been my favorite memories of the summer so far.
