I’ve always had a fascination with capturing and saving the world around me. This has taken many creative forms throughout my life and ultimately led me to a passion for photojournalism. Art has always been a form of personal self expression for me, and the way in which photography can communicate unspoken ideas and emotions is essential to my creative mind. The artistic tool of photography, when combined with journalism, can change the world and likewise my passion for photojournalism will change the world.

      Through my work, I aspire to broaden viewers’ world views and help bring awareness to global issues and ideas that need exposure. My interest in photographing world events comes from a desire to experience as much of the world as possible, and positively contribute to those around me. I use my creative vision to make interpersonal connections and tell intimate and genuine stories that need to be told. 

      My creative voice has power and I plan to use that power to tell stories that will change the world. Ultimately, I want to use my artistic perspective to reflect the world back to others through my photography, opening their minds and widening their world views.
